Help the American Heart Association by participating in a Heart Walk

Everyone has a reason to walk at the American Heart Association Heart Walks! Walk to get your heart pumping. Walk to end heart disease and stroke. Walk to save lives! Join us at one of the Heart Walks this fall. Together, we can put an end to heart disease and stroke one step at a time.



September 6th – York Heart Walk
Graham Field at York College

Join the American Heart Association for the 2025 York Heart Walk on Saturday, September 6th at Graham Field at York College of Pennsylvania. Registration and festivities begin at 8 a.m. The walk will step off at 9 a.m. Learn more and start your team at www.heart.org/yorkwalk.


September 27th – Lancaster Heart Walk
